Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before using FleetUnito.
Last updated: October 2026
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FleetUnito website and the FleetUnito channel manager service (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by FleetUnito ("we", "us" or "our").
By accessing the website, creating an account, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. The Service
FleetUnito is a channel manager that helps car rental operators manage their fleet data and distribute it to third-party broker, OTA and metasearch marketplaces ("Partner Channels"). We provide the software and integration layer that connects your company account to those Partner Channels.
Partner Channels are operated by independent third parties. We do not control, and are not responsible for, their websites, availability, terms, pricing, or the outcome of any booking made through them.
3. Accounts and approval
- To use the Service you must create a company account and provide accurate, current and complete information.
- New accounts are created in a pending state and must be reviewed and activated by us before you can sign in to the company portal.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account or any security breach.
- We may refuse, suspend or terminate an account at our discretion, including where the information provided is inaccurate or the Service is misused.
4. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the fleet, availability, pricing, policy and reservation data you enter into the Service.
- You must have the right to advertise and rent the vehicles you list, and you must comply with all laws and regulations that apply to your rental business.
- You must honour the reservations and prices you publish through the Service and the Partner Channels.
- You must not use the Service to publish unlawful, misleading or infringing content, or to interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service.
5. Distribution to Partner Channels
By connecting your fleet to a Partner Channel, you authorise us to distribute your fleet data, availability and rates to that channel. You remain responsible for the commercial relationship with your customers and for the services you provide to them.
We may add, change or remove Partner Channels over time. Where a change materially affects your distribution, we will make reasonable efforts to inform you.
6. Payments, fees and invoicing
We do not collect payments from your clients. All rental payments are made directly by the client to the car rental company's own payment account - for example a Stripe account, a PayPal account or any other payment account. The car rental company is solely responsible for receiving, processing and refunding client payments.
We can integrate any payment gateway into the booking flow if required to support direct payments to the car rental company. We are not a party to the payment transaction between the car rental company and its clients.
Fees for the Service are commission-based and are agreed with you separately. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of applicable taxes and are non-refundable except where required by law.
At the end of each month we send the car rental company a report of all reservations made during that month and issue an invoice to the car rental company for the applicable commission. The invoice is payable in accordance with its terms; the commission is not deducted from the client's payment because we do not handle that payment.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, text and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reverse engineer the Service except as permitted by law or with our written consent.
You retain ownership of the data you enter into the Service. You grant us the licence we need to host, process and distribute that data in order to provide the Service.
8. Availability and warranties
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, bookings or data, arising out of or in connection with the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. On termination, the provisions that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Bulgaria, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
